Survey results show that 82% of respondents are clearly satisfied including very satisfied, and somewhat satisfied with the current state of St. Tim’s.
As we search for our next rector, we’ll need to grapple with how we can harness this satisfaction into reaching the top goals identified by survey respondents: 1) attracting families with children and youth, 2) developing a comprehensive strategy to reach and incorporate new members, 3) more opportunities to form meaningful relationships through small groups, shared meals, nurtured friendships; and 4) to provide more opportunities for Christian education and spiritual formation. Of note, creating more opportunities to form meaningful relationships is the first priority of members 44 years of age and less.
