The Search Committee has received applications from those interested in becoming our next rector and now the hard work of reviewing them, deciding what questions to ask and who to visit begins. Deacon Jeanie shared the evaluation templates used by the diocesan search committee for the recent bishop search. Your search committee has reviewed and modified these templates to align with the priorities identified by our parish in the recent survey.
The Search Committee is now entering the portion of our deliberations where confidentiality will be strictly appreciated. We will continue to provide general updates about our progress, but will not release any specific information about candidates except when recommending finalists to the vestry.
