St. Timothy’s Preschool will be taking a pause for the 2021-2022 school year.
What does this mean and where to we go from here?
This past school year, St. Timothy’s Preschool persevered despite many obstacles. This upcoming school year continues to throw curve balls and we find ourselves close to the start of the school year without a Director in place. So, for the 2021-2022 academic year, we will be putting the preschool on pause… and will use this time as an opportunity to plan into our future and envision what the 2022-2023 school year may look like.
This fall we will discuss how the preschool can best align with the mission of our church. We will then coordinate an assessment and survey of our parish and greater community to evaluate the scale of our church and preschool, the resources required, our specific community need, etc. A Town Hall will be held later this year to share our proposed plan and have an open forum for discussion.
Moving forward this year, let’s embrace the pause we have been given and use it to help guide our hopes for the future. If there are any questions regarding the preschool, please contact Rev. Mary Cole-Duvall.
