Our fellowship ministries help foster connections between members of the St. Timothy’s community. Parishioners love building relationships with each other over food and through fun activities.
Hospitality Team
Our hospitality team provides refreshments for our Sunday coffee hour, funerals, and special events throughout the year.
1st Sunday Breakfasts
On the first Sunday of each month during the academic year, breakfast is served in the Parish Hall at 9 a.m. It’s a wonderful time of fellowship and a chance to hear from that month’s 2nd Offering Partner, a charitable nonprofit that members of St. Timothy’s can support through finances and by volunteering.
Men’s Lunch
All men of St. Timothy’s are invited to grab lunch each Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Palmer’s Deli in Des Moines (2843 Ingersoll Ave).
Fellowship Meals
Parishioners gather for a meal in the Parish Hall after our Sunday worship service several times a year for special events and holidays. The church generally provides the main dish and invites everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share. We often have games and activities for children (and sometimes adults!) during this time as well.
